You’re ready for a change…
Many of the people I work with are at a point where they’re no longer just trying to “push through” or explain away their struggles—they’re ready for something to actually feel different. For many, that often means wanting more consistency, less overwhelm, and a way to work with their attention, energy, and follow-through without constant self-criticism. For those navigating anxiety or feeling deeply impacted by stress and stimulation, it can look like wanting a steadier nervous system, fewer spirals of overthinking, and more trust in their internal experience. Across all of these experiences, there’s often a shared longing: to feel more grounded, less scattered or reactive, and more able to move through daily life with clarity, self-understanding, and a sense of ease that doesn’t require constantly pushing harder.
…I’m here to support you
I work best with people who:
Feel mentally overloaded, distracted, or stuck in cycles of overthinking and self-doubt
Experience anxiety that shows up as rumination, worry spirals, or difficulty calming their mind
Struggle with focus, follow-through, procrastination, or staying consistent with tasks and goals
Often feel like everyday life takes more energy, effort, or mental planning than it seems to for others.
Experience burnout from cycles of over-functioning, then shutting down or avoiding responsibilities
Have difficulty with boundaries, people-pleasing, or saying no without guilt
Are late-diagnosed or questioning whether ADHD might help explain lifelong patterns of struggle
Identify as highly sensitive or deeply impacted by the pace, pressure, or stimulation of daily life
Feel frustrated with themselves and stuck in patterns of self-criticism or “why can’t I just…” thoughts
Want to understand how their brain works so they can work with it instead of constantly pushing against it
Are seeking more consistency, clarity, and ease in how they move through daily life
Are motivated to make changes, even if they feel unsure where to start or how to sustain them
Want to feel more grounded, self-understood, and less alone in how they experience the world
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to explore the possibility of supporting you. Together, we can gently explore what’s getting in the way and help you reconnect with the most grounded, authentic version of yourself.
Hi, I’m Brittany!
I bring my full self into the therapy room and that is someone who feels most grounded in nature and in the slower, more intentional parts of life. I’m a nature lover at heart and find a lot of regulation and joy in being outdoors—hiking, swimming, or just stepping away from the noise for a while. I like a balance of adventure and stillness—traveling, exploring new places, and also having plenty of space to just be.
I work with adults who feel mentally overloaded, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or frustrated by patterns that seem hard to change no matter how much effort they put in. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, late-diagnosed or suspected ADHD, and a long history of trying to keep up by pushing harder—only to end up feeling burnt out, scattered, or self-critical.
A lot of the work I do centers around helping people understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface: how attention, nervous system stress, and long-standing coping strategies show up in daily life. Things like procrastination, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, or difficulty following through often make more sense when we slow down and look at the patterns with curiosity instead of judgment.
My style is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I’m not here to “fix” you, but to help you make sense of your experience and build a way of moving through life that feels more workable and less exhausting. Over time, this often means less internal noise, more clarity, and a steadier sense of self-trust.
I also support highly sensitive people who feel deeply impacted by their environment and need space to process at their own pace, as well as those who are looking to relate to themselves with more patience and less self-criticism.
Alongside traditional talk therapy, I incorporate nature-based therapy when appropriate, using time outdoors as a way to support regulation, reflection, and a sense of grounding that can be hard to access in fast-paced daily life.
At the heart of my work is this: helping you understand yourself more fully so you can stop fighting against how your mind works—and start building a life that actually fits.

Now accepting CareSource!
This is the only insurance I currently accept. I am able to offer more affordable therapy by not paneling with other insurances. I am also able to spend more time working directly with clients rather than paperwork and billing, which allows me to give you the highest standard of care.
Please note, in order to work with insurance, I am required to give you a diagnosis, which would become a permanent part of your medical record and could adversely affect your ability to apply for certain benefits (such as disability should you ever need it). I believe that not everyone needs a formal diagnosis; some people just need to talk and explore.
I am able to provide you with a Super Bill and have partnered with Mentaya to help you access your out of network benefits.

Possibly! I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use the tool under the Information and Resources tab to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
You can also call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
Does my plan cover outpatient mental health therapy? (If they ask for codes, common billing codes are 90837 and 90834).
If yes, how many sessions are allowed?
If no, do I have out-of-network benefits?
Do I have a deductible to meet before insurance starts covering or sharing costs?
If yes, how much is my deductible and how much have I met already?
What is covered after the deductible is met?
Do I have a co-pay for outpatient mental health counseling?
Be sure to record the representative's name and a reference number in the event that you would need to dispute a rejected claim.

My philosophy is that it can be extremely beneficial to continue to experience the outdoors in less than ideal weather so we will continue to meet rain or shine. I will cancel/reschedule if there is dangerous weather, ie. lightning, tornado warnings, extreme heat or extreme cold, etc.
I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
Here's how it works:
1. Sign up for Mentaya: https://mentaya.co/inviteclient/QDRlA4q7CAxV4Da8Bj3T
2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.
3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
4. You get reimbursed by insurance!
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required,
dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.
It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.
