You’re ready for a change…

Are you craving a life that feels more like you—where anxiety isn’t running the show, and your sensitivity actually feels like the strength it really is? What if you could move through your days with more confidence and ease?

We can work together to get there. It’s not about fixing you—because you’re not broken—but about gently shifting from overwhelm to a place of steadiness and empowerment. We'll focus on building your resilience, finding your inner balance, and helping you embrace your sensitivity as the powerful gift it is.

Over time, you’ll feel more in tune with your emotions and more at home in yourself—bringing a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

…I’m here to support you

I work best with people who:

  • Feel overwhelmed by anxiety

  • Struggle to set or hold boundaries

  • Have been told they're “too sensitive”

  • Want to understand and embrace their sensitivity

  • Long to relate to themselves with more compassion

  • Feel deeply affected by the pace or pressure of the world

  • Have a strong, meaningful connection to nature

  • Are motivated to make meaningful changes in their lives, even if they’re not sure where to start

If any of this resonates with you, know that you’re not alone—and that support is possible. Together, we can gently explore what’s getting in the way and help you reconnect with the most grounded, authentic version of yourself.

Hi, I’m Brittany!

Personally, I am a nature lover, empath, and highly sensitive person. I love spending time with my pets, reading memoirs, watching a good show, having an adventure, hiking, swimming and connecting with loved ones.

Professionally, I help the anxious and highly sensitive find and experience peace. My therapeutic style focuses on facilitating exploration of inner thoughts, embracing self-compassion, and empowerment. I utilize mindfulness to guide you to a place on non-judgment, allowing you to live authentically and thrive in an overwhelming world. A client of mine will often hear the question, “What were you saying to yourself during… ?” My aim is to help you reconnect with yourself so you can live an authentic, wholehearted life that you love!

  • Now accepting CareSource!

This is the only insurance I currently accept. I am able to offer more affordable therapy by not paneling with other insurances. I am also able to spend more time working directly with clients rather than paperwork and billing, which allows me to give you the highest standard of care.

Please note, in order to work with insurance, I am required to give you a diagnosis, which would become a permanent part of your medical record and could adversely affect your ability to apply for certain benefits (such as disability should you ever need it). I believe that not everyone needs a formal diagnosis; some people just need to talk and explore.

I am able to provide you with a Super Bill and have partnered with Mentaya to help you access your out of network benefits.

  • Possibly! I have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. Use the tool under the Information and Resources tab to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

You can also call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

Does my plan cover outpatient mental health therapy? (If they ask for codes, common billing codes are 90837 and 90834).

If yes, how many sessions are allowed?

If no, do I have out-of-network benefits?

Do I have a deductible to meet before insurance starts covering or sharing costs?

If yes, how much is my deductible and how much have I met already?

What is covered after the deductible is met?

Do I have a co-pay for outpatient mental health counseling?

Be sure to record the representative's name and a reference number in the event that you would need to dispute a rejected claim.

  • My philosophy is that it can be extremely beneficial to continue to experience the outdoors in less than ideal weather so we will continue to meet rain or shine. I will cancel/reschedule if there is dangerous weather, ie. lightning, tornado warnings, extreme heat or extreme cold, etc.

I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

Mentaya is perfect if you:

• Have out-of-network benefits

• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance

• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement

• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!

Here's how it works:

1. Sign up for Mentaya: https://mentaya.co/inviteclient/QDRlA4q7CAxV4Da8Bj3T

2. Our practice will enter your sessions into the platform.

3. Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.

4. You get reimbursed by insurance!

Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required,

dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies.

It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.
